Meet Ali
Ali Cali is Managing Director for the Milwaukee market at Bluespring Wealth Midwest. Ali came to wealth management from the practice of law, bringing with her a lawyer’s discipline for careful analysis, sound judgment, and translating complex issues into clear, actionable decisions for families. She continues to serve her own clients as a Wealth Advisor.
Ali joined Charter Capital Management in 2016 after practicing as an associate attorney with an insurance defense firm in the Milwaukee area, and she became a partner in the firm in 2022. When Charter combined with its Madison and Minneapolis partners to form Bluespring Wealth Midwest, Ali stepped into leadership of the Milwaukee market.
Ali brings a lawyer’s precision to every client conversation: she reads closely, asks the next thoughtful question, and helps families confirm that their documents reflect their intentions. Nothing is assumed, nothing important is left to chance, and every family leaves a meeting with a clear understanding of where they stand—an experience she aims to deliver across the Milwaukee market.
Ali earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the American Bar Association, and the Taxation Law Section of the Wisconsin Bar.
Beyond her professional life, Ali enjoys spending time with her husband, Ted, and their two sons, Connor and James. An avid reader, she also confesses to being a reality television enthusiast.
