Meet Daniel
Dan Glaser is a Founding Partner of Bluespring Wealth Midwest and a Wealth Advisor in Brookfield. Dan has spent more than thirty-five years in tax and accounting and more than twenty-five in investments and planning, and his practice sits where the two meet: the tax return is an input to the plan, and the plan is built with the return in mind.
Dan built his own accounting practice, Daniel R. Glaser, CPA, beginning in 1990, and joined Charter Capital Management in 2004 to serve investment clients while continuing to provide tax services. He became a principal owner of the firm alongside Joel Hassler in 2012 and in 2018 his accounting practice merged into Charter, bringing tax preparation and planning together within the firm, where it remains an expertise of the Milwaukee market today.
Dan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in three and a half years, and he was licensed as a CPA in 1989, at the time the youngest CPA in Wisconsin. He holds both the CPA and CFP® designations. Over the years, Dan has served on several Charity Boards including two terms on his Church Council as Treasurer.
Outside the office, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife Lori and their five children, granddaughter Norah, and their Weimaraner Otis. Dan loves to attend all sporting events and golf with friends and clients as a member of Oconomowoc Golf Club.
