Meet Mike
Mike has always been drawn to helping people move from where they are to where they want to be. As Director of Strategic Growth, he brings that coaching mindset to Bluespring, building relationships, supporting the team, and helping create an experience centered on the lives clients want to lead.
Mike earned his degree in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis. A lifelong learner and natural coach, he leads with curiosity, optimism and a genuine desire to help others to everything he does.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, Aleah, supporting their children, staying active and giving back to his community. A former college hockey player, he’s still happiest when family, friends and a little competition are involved.
